Did you know that September has been “National Sewing Month” since 1982? It started with a proclamation from President Ronald Reagan, declaring September as National Sewing Month “In recognition of the importance of home sewing to our Nation.” What a great opportunity to share one of my more recent home-sewing creations (beyond my typical quilts)….
