I love using crumble to top my Blueberry Muffins.

- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 11/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon dry ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 11/2 sticks salted butter cold, cubed
sugar, dark brown sugar flour, ginger, salt, cinnamon
And work in with your hands:
Cold, cubed butter
Freeze topping and use as needed.
