Iron Chef Crumble Topping

  • 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 11/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon dry ginger
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 11/2 sticks salted butter cold, cubed


  1. Mix together:
  2. sugar, dark brown sugar flour, ginger, salt, cinnamon

  3. And work in with your hands:
  4. Cold, cubed butter

  5. Freeze topping and use as needed.
