I co-worker brought it in today… she has a Belgian neighboor that has connections to imported chocolates and cookies. OOOoooOOO Speculoos is a giniger-like spread… to me it tastes like a cross between ghram crackers and ginger snaps. We’ve been eating it on bread, and crackers, and just with a spoon 😛 It’s pretty good. Just great, right? Develop a taste for a hard-to-find imported food.
So the wheels in my have been turning… How can I turn this into a dessert??? … in time for the PILLSBURY BAKE-OFF… so I can win $1 Million!! I can dream 😛
