Melanoma Surges Among Young Women – AOL News

If I could offer you only one tip for the future, sunscreen would be IT.

The long term benefits of sunscreen have been proved by scientists whereas the rest of my advice has no basis more reliable than my own meandering experience.

Late 90’s Pop Culture reference aside, it is still so important to protect yourself when you’re out in the sun. Mr Burger (the Sub at MVHS, you know who I’m talking about) would definately agree.

And though the jury is technically still out on the safty of tanning beds, I’d be steering clear of those too. No matter what the Tanning Bed Industry may say, it is hard to believe that dirrect exposure to UV rays isnt harmful.

Enjoy the summer now! But stay safe too so you can contuine to enjoy man summers to come 😀
