Basic proportions for making Jelly out of Beer

Ingredients

  • 2 12 oz Bottles of Beer flat
  • 1 Tbl Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 box Pectin
  • 3 1/2 Cups Sugar

Instructions

  1. Follow traditional jelly making instructions.

  2. Process in waterbath for 10 minutes.
